"It was dirty and filthy but I have to say, originally so, which meant at no stage did I think oh yeah I've read this before; the passion was off the charts because it was daring, evocative and imaginative." - Totally Booked Blog

About the book(amazon)
When Bree Prescott arrives in the sleepy, lakeside town of Pelion, Maine, she hopes against hope that this is the place where she will finally find the peace she so desperately seeks. On her first day there, her life collides with Archer Hale, an isolated man who holds a secret agony of his own. A man no one else sees.

Archer's Voice is the story of a woman chained to the memory of one horrifying night and the man whose love is the key to her freedom. Maiden Lane Series - Elizabeth Hoyt

My Maiden Lane series takes place in 1730s London, a world teeming with the sounds of church bells and hoof beats, violins and castrati opera singers, the shouts of street hawkers and the murmur of political intrigue. Coffee shops were bustling centers of gossip and news, at night you could find entertainment at the theater, opera, or pleasure gardens, and everywhere the streets were crammed with people, carriages, horses, sedan chairs, and the odd flock of sheep going to slaughter. The poor lived cheek by jowl in dirty, crammed tenement buildings in the East End and St. Giles, scratching out a living by begging, prostitution, or thievery. At the same time the very rich strolled their gilded homes in silks, velvet's, and fabulously embroidered brocades, intent upon flirtation and intrigue.
From guttersnipes to dukes, gin-shop sellers to the daughters of earls, Dragoon captains to Thames river pirates, the Maiden Lane series embraces everything about this fabulous time in London’s history. Elizabeth Hoyt

I was not fan of Historical Books but I was recommended this series by my friends from GD so I gave them a try!Oh boy are they good!I love them! Cannot stop reading them.It is so readable! Characters are so loving and hot at the same time.I love the setting,London in early 1700's and it is nice to go back and see how people used to live( I am aware it is a fiction).I cannot get enough of clothes,oh those dresses! I am jealous!Highly recommended from me!

The Bourbon Kings – JR Ward

The #1 New York Times bestselling author of the Black Dagger Brotherhood delivers the first novel in an enthralling new series set amid the shifting dynamics of a Southern family defined by wealth and privilege—and compromised by secrets, deceit, and scandal….

For generations, the Bradford family has worn the mantle of kings of the bourbon capital of the world. Their sustained wealth has afforded them prestige and privilege—as well as a hard-won division of class on their sprawling estate, Easterly. Upstairs, a dynasty that by all appearances plays by the rules of good fortune and good taste. Downstairs, the staff who work tirelessly to maintain the impeccable Bradford facade. And never the twain shall meet.

For Lizzie King, Easterly’s head gardener, crossing that divide nearly ruined her life. Falling in love with Tulane, the prodigal son of the bourbon dynasty, was nothing that she intended or wanted—and their bitter breakup only served to prove her instincts were right. Now, after two years of staying away, Tulane is finally coming home again, and he is bringing the past with him. No one will be left unmarked: not Tulane’s beautiful and ruthless wife; not his older brother, whose bitterness and bad blood know no bounds; and especially not the ironfisted Bradford patriarch, a man with few morals, fewer scruples, and many, many terrible secrets.

As family tensions—professional and intimately private—ignite, Easterly and all its inhabitants are thrown into the grips of an irrevocable transformation, and only the cunning will survive.

Coming Next year and just cannot wait!
I am big fan of JR Ward and this was suprise to my,very good suprise!
So we are expecting this around  July 28th 2015

Erotic Novel 'Beautiful Bastard' Getting Movie at Constantin Film

I am so excited about this! Did not even know!!
First of all I loved the book but I will get back to it later!

Constantin Film has acquired movie rights to Beautiful Bastard, the erotic novel about the relationship between an intern and her media-mogul boss that publishes Tuesday.

Jeremy Bolt, best known for producing the Resident Evil franchise, is attached to produce the adaptation.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but sources tell The Hollywood Reporter that the company paid a mid-six-figure fee for the option.
Beautiful Bastard tells the story of Chloe Mills, an MBA student interning at a media conglomerate who begins a torrid love-hate relationship with her boss, Bennett Ryan, who has just returned from France to take a prominent role in the family company.
Bastard began life as the Twilight-inspired fan-fiction hit The Office, which first appeared online in 2009 and was downloaded more than 2 million times before being taken offline by its original author, Christina Hobbs.

Twilight fan fiction is considered one of the most prolific and creative areas of the online phenomena. While all the stories riff on the Edward Cullen-Bella Swan relationship, most take the love affair in such radically new directions as to strain the connection to the original inspiration.
Most famously, Fifty Shades of Grey also originated as a fan-fiction story titled Master of the Universe.

EXCLUSIVE: 'Beautiful Bastard' Authors Offer Sneak Peek at Long-Awaited Book
In 2011, Hobbs and her new writing partner, Lauren Billings, decided to rework The Office for print publication as an adjunct to a YA novel the pair were writing. Beautiful Bastard, the result of that collaboration, goes on sale Tuesday under the duo's pen name, Christina Lauren.
With the Fifty Shades movie making progress at Universal and Focus Features -- screenwriter Kelly Marcel is at work on the script -- and erotica continuing to register strong sales for publishers, producers have been actively pursuing similar projects.
With its pre-existing fan base and a major publishing deal from Simon & Schuster imprint Gallery Books, Beautiful Bastard is a strong contender to fill that slot.
Billings and Hobbs were repped by Gersh and Waxman Leavell Literary.

RK LILLEY - IN FLIGHT SERIES

""When reserved flight attendant Bianca gets one look at billionaire hotel owner James Cavendish, she loses all of her hard-won composure. For a girl who can easily juggle a tray of champagne flutes at 35,000 feet in three inch heels, she finds herself shockingly weak-kneed from their first encounter. The normally unruffled Bianca can't seem to look away from his electrifying turquoise gaze. They hold a challenge, and a promise, that she finds impossible to resist, and she is a girl who is used to saying no and meaning it. Bianca is accustomed to dealing with supermodels and movie stars in her job as a first class flight attendant, but James Cavendish puts them all to shame in the looks department. If only it were just his looks that she found so irresistible about the intimidating man, Bianca could have ignored his attentions. But what tempts her like never before is the dominant pull he seems to have over her from the moment they meet, and the promise of pleasure, and pain, that she reads in his eyes. This book is intended for ages 18 and up."" http://rklilley.com/

Yeah yeah it reminds us 50 shades but so what?! Someone tell me we are not addicted to this books?
I know I am! I love the sexiness the passion! Why can't we indulge in this billionaires and theirs affairs? I will allow my self to do that!
The series are pretty good.I love the writing style of RK Lilley.I have to admit she is my top 5 favorite authors. I love when books are written in depth and she gives you so much information and keeps you glued to the books.I think I read these 3 in 3 days!Just cannot put them down. And James..he is real one!I love how he struggles with love and feelings but he is not afraid and will give everything to have what he wants.
Bianca beautiful traumatized woman is kind of person that grows on you.She has ghosts of her own and love thoughts from her own perspective.

“It was hard to remember we weren't supposed to feel anything for each other when he looked at me like I was more important than his next breath.”

OR

“I knew James could take me to some dark place, but I would find pleasure there, and I wanted that.”

So as I said if you liked 50 shades,or Crossfire series you will like this one.
From me,strong and I repeat
strong 4 stars.
